Cancellation policy 

If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. As a small business, it is important for me to manage resources effectively and respect scheduled appointment times.

The appointment fee will be charged in full if less than 24 hours’ notice of cancellation is given.
