Meet Bianca
I’m a fully qualified Solution Focus hypnotherapist with the award-winning SFTA (Solution Focused Training Academy).
With a PhD and a strong scientific background, I’ve long been fascinated by how the brain shapes behaviour.
My interest in neuroscience has been long-standing and continues to grow, shaping the way I understand the mind, behavior, and lasting change. This curiosity shapes the way I work, helping me support positive, lasting change in a clear, practical, and science-based way.
